Amazing Wild Part of nature

Danube Delta is included in Unesco World Heritage and is the third-richest biosphere reservation in the world in terms of biodiversity, after Australia’s Great Barrier Reef and Ecuador’s Galapagos Islands. It is home to more than 7,000 known species of plants and animals known and, scientists believe,still more as yet unknown.

It is an amazing land - old and wild ,maze of canals bordered by thatch, willows and oaks entangled in lianas, offering the perfect breeding ground for countless species of birds, some of them from as far away as China and Africa-paradise for birdwatchers.

Best time to visit Danube Delta in from middle of May to July. The bird watching season lasts from early spring to late summer.

 We can give you a ride into a small boat and you can discover the labyrinth of small canals and lakes.

You will see something you never have seen before.

The Danube Delta comprises a vast complex of reed beds, willow forest, and wetland, crossed by an intricate network of channels. We will explore a wide variety of these habitats, both on foot and using a combination of the pontoon boat and a small motorboat and shall aim to get access to the smaller, less disturbed channels where bird life is abundant.

The Danube Delta is incredibly rich in breeding birds and the outline given is merely a sample;

no doubt we will encounter additional surprises.
